Yes, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment to move or cancel it without incurring penalties.
Yes, we require a deposit for tattoo or piercing reservations. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost, but is non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.
If you arrive late, we will try to fit your appointment into the time available, but in some cases you may need to reschedule.
Yes, we have a waiting list for those who wish to be contacted in case of early availability due to cancellations.
